This unique informational seminar is about parenting options through surrogacy in the USA for Irish Residents. The seminar is presented as a response to growing interest in surrogacy among Irish couples and singles, and given the special legal and logistical circumstances of pursuing such an option in the USA, the program will include presentations by an Irish lawyer specialising in surrogacy outside the US, a representative of the Irish National Infertility Support & Information Group, and legal and practical advice from John Weltman, the president and founder of Circle Surrogacy.

Since 1995 Circle Surrogacy has already helped several Irish couples in their journey to parenthood, along with hundreds of others worldwide (about a third of them Europeans). Circle's philosophy is to facilitate a network of families who help create new families. The surrogate mothers who get accepted to our program (only about 1 out of every 20-30 applicants) are highly suitable and motivated to help our intended parents have children, and we assure that their spouses are also completely aboard with this endeavor. We also screen our intended parents and make sure that they are willing to treat the surrogate mothers (and egg egg donors, if needed) with the full respect and appreciation they deserve. Most of the people working at Circle are either parents through surrogacy, or former surrogates or egg donors themselves. We are proud of how we created our families, and are motivated to help others fulfill their dreams as well.

The seminar is expected to last about two hours. Individual consultations can also be scheduled for prospective parents who would like to further explore these options with Circle's representatives while they are in Dublin.
