We were delighted with the levels of support we received from so many of Ireland's leading musicians, who generously donated their time and talent in support of Marriage Equality, and to everyone who bought tickets and came along to join us on the night. |

 | The Time for Marriage Equality is Now - Why Talking to your TD MattersOn Wednesday, June 27th 2012, Marriage Equality supporters gathered in Café Joly in the National Library to learn why visiting your TD is so important, how it really can make a big difference to the campaign, and what to say when you do visit a TD in his or her constituency clinic.  | True Colours - An Evening of Song & CelebrationOn Saturday, June 9th 2012, Ireland's top LGBT choirs came together to put on an unforgettable concert in aid of Marriage Equality. With the spectacular St Fin Barre's Cathedral in Cork as a venue, and the amazing vocal stylings of Glória and Choral ConFusion to inspire us all, we couldn't have asked for a better night! |
 | Art for Marriage EqualityWe were delighted with the levels of support we received from so many of Ireland's leading artists, who generously donated their works to be auctioned off in support of Marriage Equality, as well as several art lovers who kindly donated pieces to our event. Thanks to their generosity and support we were able to raise over €12,000 towards our campaign for equality for same sex couples, our families and our children! |
 | Evan Wolfson Visits IrelandOn November 15, 2010, Marriage Equality and the National Lesbian and Gay Federation (NLGF) invited Evan to share his thoughts and opinions in an interview with Brian Finnegan, editor of Ireland's Gay Community News (GCN). During the interview, he challenged the notion that the Irish Constitution could be seen as a barrier to marriage equality, arguing instead that constitutional provisions in relation to equality should compel equal access to marriage for same sex couples and equality for our families. |
 | Voices of Children ConferenceOn September 8th, 2010, Marriage Equality's Voices of Children Conference provided a space to hear the stories of the failure of the State to hear the voices and provide for the rights of children - the Civil Partnership Act that fails to address the rights of children in same-sex parented families; the failure of the equality and human rights infrastructure which allows a Government to legislate in a manner that discriminates against same sex couples and their children. |
